This year the Merseyside Wheelers Tourist Trial "A
Day in Lancashire" was enjoyed by the winning number of 24 finishing
riders from the Phoenix C.C. (Aintree).

Our 90th Dinner and Prize Presentation was
on the 14th November 2009 at the HUYTON SUITE, Civic Way, Huyton.
Mr. Les West presented the prizes and spoke briefly about his racing experiences,
and some surprising revelations from the pro-race scene from the 60's era.
The evening went very smoothly and was enjoyed by all, mainly due to the efforts
of the dinner committee, Mr. Pete Tyas and Mr. Bert O'Connor.
